How do I order products?

Are the components the same quality as what you use in your own speakers?
Yes. The voice coils, cones, spiders, and other components sold on our Components page are identical to what we use in our manufactured speaker systems. There is no separate quality tier.
How do I send a speaker for repair?
Contact us first via WhatsApp with the driver model and fault description. We will confirm whether we can service it and provide the shipping address.
