SR Professional Audio was founded in 1992 as Sri Rama Electronics & Electricals in Andhra Pradesh, India. What began as a speaker component supplier grew into a full-scale manufacturing operation — one of the few in India capable of producing every stage of a speaker system in-house.
For 34 years, we have wound voice coils by hand on precision-controlled machines, formed cone papers, fabricated spiders, and assembled complete driver units in our own facility. That vertical integration is not accidental — it is what allows us to guarantee the quality of every component we sell, because we manufactured it ourselves.
Over the decades we expanded into OEM manufacturing, producing branded speaker systems for audio companies across India under white-label terms. We are a registered company with MSME (Udyam) registration.
In 2024, we launched our own brand — SR Professional Audio — bringing our manufacturing expertise to a direct-to-market product line. Every SR-branded system uses the same components and manufacturing process that we have supplied to OEM clients for decades.
